Ingredients:
85g sugar 50g butter
200 ml of fresh cream
200 g coconut flour
300 g dark chocolate 60% (I prefer
the extra dark, so c ' is that good contrast).
Procedure:
Boil the cream with the sugar for 5 min.
Remove from heat and add coconut.
Spread a square top 1.5-2 cm
in a pan lined with baking paper
and let rest in refrigerator for three hours.
Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Exit the tablet from the fridge
about 30 min before immersing it in chocolate.
Spend rectangles in the melted chocolate mixture.
I put them on parchment paper and let them cool ...
