Ingredients:
200g flour 100g butter
50g sugar 2 egg yolks and a little 'egg white

sugar to taste (I used brown sugar)
custard
Procedure:
Mix flour with sugar.
Add the butter, egg yolks and a little '
egg white and working with the pastry.
Let rest in refrigerator covered with foil
for 30 min.
Meanwhile, prepare the custard.
Take the apples and cut into slices, add lemon juice (I put 2)
and sugar (I used the cane), mix.
Roll out the pastry on a lined baking tray and add the cream
pastry and place over apples, covering all the holes and bake at 180g for 30 min.
