Ingredients: 4 apples
500 g puff pastry
100 g dark chocolate 100 g apricot jam
60 g 30 g butter macaroons
an egg liqueur Amaretto
white flour for the pastry
Peel the apples and remove the core. Grate the chocolate and put into a bowl, add melted butter and crushed amaretti biscuits, complete with 3 tablespoons liqueur.
Fill apples with mixture.
Roll out the dough on floured surface and cut out 4 disks rather large.
Brush apples with melted jam hot.
Coat the apples with the dough, by closing the base, with the cuts you can make shapes to decorate.
Brush dumplings with egg wrought.
Place the dumplings on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes at 230 degrees.
