Tired of the usual tiramisu or push me up as my friend says Antonella, I thought I'd make a variation on the fruit. this is with strawberries, but is also good with bananas and strawberries!
Ingredients
- 1 Sponge
- 2 trays of strawberries 2 tablespoons sugar
the mascarpone cream
- 2 eggs 1 pinch of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 500 g mascarpone
- 5 tablespoons sugar 200 ml milk
After washing the strawberries cut into small pieces and let marinate in a bowl with two tablespoons of sugar. Spent an hour or two to drain the juice of the strawberries in a bowl and mix with a little milk, This syrup will serve as the wet sponge.
I separate the yolks from the whites in two separate bowls, I put the egg whites with a pinch of salt and then incorporated into 1 tablespoon of sugar, then I worked to cream the egg yolks with 4 tablespoons sugar and vanilla. Cream egg yolks and sugar I first built the mascarpone, using the whisk, then I gently incorporate the egg whites until stiff, using a spatula silicone.
wet the bottom of the pan with a little 'of mascarpone cream, make a layer of sliced \u200b\u200bsponge cake soaked in syrup obtained by maceration of strawberries, then spread half the mascarpone cream, and fill the surface with half of strawberry mixture. Repeat with another layer of sponge cake, cream and strawberries. Place the cake in the fridge for a few hours and will be ready to eat!
Half day before making the tiramisu I made the sponge cake following the recipe given here. I cut way short in many slices of the cake thickness of 1 cm.

People is a paradise in my mouth!
