Dear friends, you know I love experimenting el 'the other night I opened the refrigerator and I found that I had very little .. and so I thought I'd use what I had!!
Result: excellent! Here is the recipe of my risotto and its ingredients for 4 people:
  • hot vegetable broth 50 g butter 1 white onion
  • rice 320 gr 400 gr
  • radicchio
  • white wine : 1 cup
  • olive paste: 2 tablespoons + decoration plate
  • grain:
  • pepper to taste: qb
Making risotto is very simple you have to have just a little patience! cut the onion end end end, use 30 grams of butter and cook until it is well dried. to
Add rice and let it roast. This is a critical step because it allows you to earn a creamy risotto! Let soften the white wine, add the finely chopped radicchio you and a sprinkling of pepper.
