Blueprint Of A Computer

dark chocolate mousse with lemon meringue pie

Ingredients:
350g plain chocolate 250g butter

70g sugar
6 eggs
cream
Procedure: Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Dissolve mix butter and sugar.
Add the egg yolks and chocolate and mix.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to mixture
freddo.Decorare with chocolate cream.
