Ingredients:
250g butter
500g icing sugar
3 tablespoons milk
vanilla flavor.
Procedure:
Reducing Cream the butter just out
from refrigerator and cut into small pieces.
Add two tablespoons of sugar
icing at a time and mix.
Finally, add 3 tablespoons of milk and a small vial
aroma of vanilla and mix thoroughly.
This cream is suitable for decorations
and can be stored in a refrigerator for two
days maximum, while you can keep it for longer
in the freezer in a container airtight.
And here's an opportunity for a minitorta decorated with butter cream ...
